Please read the included user manual carefully before using the product to avoid improper use that may affect your rights.

Warranty Description:

  1. For products purchased through e-commerce channels, the warranty period starts the day after delivery is confirmed by the logistics service.

  2. The main tool unit and charger are covered by a one-year warranty, while the battery is covered by a six-month warranty. (Consumables, accessories, and gifts are not covered under the warranty. Parts marked with * in the exploded view are consumable items.)

  3. For warranty repairs of products purchased through physical channels, please present a valid warranty card (including product model, serial number, purchase date, and dealer stamp). If the dealer stamp or purchase date is missing, the warranty period will be calculated based on the machine’s manufacturing date.

  4. For products purchased through e-commerce channels, the purchase record from the e-commerce platform serves as proof of purchase. Please contact the e-commerce customer service for handling any subsequent repair issues.

  5. Please keep the warranty card safe. Lost warranty cards will not be reissued.

  6. During the warranty period, each repair part can only be replaced once.

  7. When sending the product for warranty repair, please send it along with the warranty card to the designated service center. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs to the service center, while the BEX repair center will cover return shipping costs after the repair is completed.

  8. For products exceeding the warranty period, the repair cost for parts will be reported to the purchaser based on the inspection results. If the purchaser decides not to proceed with the repair, a partial labor inspection fee will be charged.

Non-Warranty Description:
• Damage or failure caused by natural disasters, land changes, war, or environmental factors.
• Unclear product sources, purchases of gray-market goods, or products not covered by the product’s warranty card or written commitment.
• Consumable parts, accessories, and gifts.
• Damage or failure caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, or damage caused by external force.
• Damage caused by modifications using non-BEX original parts.
• Loss of warranty card, inability to verify the machine number, prolonged storage causing material deterioration, exceeding the warranty period, or discrepancies between the recorded information and the actual product.
• Failures caused by reasons unrelated to the product’s manufacturing.
• Damage or failure caused after disassembly, repair, adjustment, or modification performed by anyone other than our company or authorized technicians.
